Thin, savory, lemon peppery. The lemon pepper is not overwhelming but just right and the jerky alone has a nice just right smoky beef flavor. I tried another famous roadside stop brand and their lemon pepper beef jerky didn't even taste like it had lemon or pepper. It tasted like regular ok beef jerky. I'll keep coming back again and again to get some of this savory comfort food snack.

I LOVE this jerky!!! I have searched everywhere for years trying to find the perfect beef jerky and I have finally found it. This jerky is so flavorful and what I love the most about it is that it is sliced very thin which makes it perfect! I am addicted to it and will continue to order it on a monthly basis. It is absolutely the best I've ever had. Love, love, love it!!!!

The lemon pepper beef jerky is the best jerky we've ever had. We used to buy different jerky before, but our daughter was buying 8 or nine bags at a small store in Del Rio. We tried it. We loved it. I got the website off one of the bags, and now I order the 15 Oz. bag from the website. I reorder before I run out of the last bag I ordered. This one is MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! I love that sometimes there are thicker pieces and it feels so great because the texture. It sometimes gets salty but tbh this is the only brand that I order in bulk I LOVE IT!

Their Lemon Pepper Beef Jerky is by far my favorite. So much, that I order the largest bags to be shipped to me overseas. The jerky is thin and crispy, just how I love it, and it tasted amazing. Plus, Northcreek Smokehouse sent my order so quickly, it made it to the United Kingdom within 1.5 weeks. They even sent me a free shirt with my order. They are just as amazing as their jerky!
