This jerky is the best dry-type jerky I have ever had. Taste is spot-on, with the savory mesquite smokiness and black pepper bite. Great for a low (no) carb snack and my favorite for backpacking because of the weight to protein ratio.

This is the best jerky ever, it is healthy and all natural ingredients with very nice texture and great flavor. If you like thin more on the crispy side then this is for you, it you like thick, chewy, tough stuck in your teeth jerky then this is NOT for you.
